WELCOME TO PAOLO’S ON 54
In celebration of the new business partnership between Chef Paul Zoccola and Sommelier David Fowler, Paolo’s on 54 invites you to come and enjoy a Taste of Italy!
Lubrano’s has been in its present location for 16 years and Paul and David have worked together successfully for the past several of those. After a short separation to enable David to further his knowledge and pursue his interest in fine wines it was decided to rekindle the successful partnership with a joint venture and re-brand to meet a changing market and include a ‘Speakeasy’ themed bar and an outside seating area.
Now we are proud to present our loyal customers, new and old, ‘Paolo’s on 54‘, suppliers of distinctive handmade craft cocktails and a selection of fine wine and beers to compliment some new additions to the traditional Italian menu without compromising our established ethos of using only fresh and fine ingredients and a passion to make every plate served as wonderful as possible.
Paolo’s on 54 continues to produce the best freshly made, hand thrown pizzas and prepare fresh pasta daily with fresh ingredients and savory dishes. Paolo’s offers genuine Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, with daily ‘specials’ designed to excite the most discerning epicureans.
Now you can stop by and try one of our pre-Lunch or Dinner cocktails (both with or without alcohol) or a glass of fine wine while studying our selective menu taking particular note of our daily specials to include Lobster Ravioli in a light vodka cream sauce.
And to finish off any meal, or enjoy as an any time snack, we also have delectable cakes and pastries hand made and supplied by Polly’s Perfect Patisserie
